Review: Palais LeBrun Valletta, Malta
Set in the heart of historical Valletta is Palais LeBrun – a family-run authentic 16th century baroque palace converted into a boutique hotel. It is one of the earliest private homes built in the city and is only two blocks away from the central square. Today, it is one of the most luxurious hotels in the Maltese capital.
With only 28 luxury rooms, a rooftop terrace with pool deck, fitness center, an in-house restaurant with exceptional service, you’ve got everything you need for a perfect holiday.
Plush bedding, marble bathroom, Persian carpet, fluffy bathrobes, and a terrace with hot tub that looks out to the sea is what we came home to after a day of being out and about in Valletta. We definitely felt pampered.
Just look at how fancy our bathroom is. <3
It’s amazing how they have retained the beautiful features of the baroque palace and combined it with technology such as a 42-inch smart TV, in-room safe, and espresso coffee machine.
Breakfast is served at their award-winning in-house restaurant, Patakka.
Guests can choose a hot drink from the menu and how they want the eggs prepared. Then there’s a nook where guests can help themselves with an assortment of breads, spreads, cereals, fruits, and charcuterie.
We took advantage of the complimentary minibar and had a nice time in the hot tub!
It was definitely a treat staying at Palais LeBrun a day after my birthday!
