Darayonan Lodge, Coron, Palawan
Scored another seat sale from Cebu Pacific last May for September 21-24! Woot! :D
This time my chosen destination is the paradise of Coron, Palawan. :D
I researched thoroughly to find the best tour package and I'm so glad I made the right choice. I understand it's going to be a bit more expensive since I'm getting a package for only 2 pax, but I don't want to bother either making a DIY tour.
I availed of Darayonan Lodge's 3D2N package and added an extra night.

OUR ROOM
The room was very spacious. It even has two beds! It has basic amenities such as TV, air con, and bathroom (but water is very limited throughout the island). It was okay for us since we're going to be out the whole day island hopping.
What to expect in Coron:
- No high-end and beach front hotels
- Blackouts are common
- Water is very limited
- Credit cards are not accepted in most establishments
- There are only 2 ATMs so bring cash
What to bring:
- Aqua shoes (you can buy this from SM department store for about Php200.00) This is very useful when going up and down the limestone cliffs. You can also wear it on the beach as protection from sea urchins.
- Sunblock
- Mosquito repellant
